Feldenkrais Movement lessons quickly Improve balance, coordination, posture as well as gently coordinate your muscles and bones to produce more power and flexibility with out strain.
In this class we will do a variety of movement exercises starting on the floor/mat and transition to a chair, standing and walking.
* Please bring a folded towel or blanket to support your head and neck if needed while we are lying on the floor.
